Steve's background includes 30 years in dental technology. He has owned and operated his laboratory for 26 years. This marks Steve’s 25th year as a CDT (Certified Dental Technician). Continuing education is very important to him. To stay on the cutting edge of dentistry and technology he averages 120 hours of CE a year. Steve is a graduate in the following courses from the Institute for Oral Art & Design:"The Art of Full Contour Waxing", "Anterior Reconstruction - All Ceramic", "Posterior Experience", "Anterior Reconstruction - Metal Ceramics", and the "Digital Photography and Imaging". He has participated in a series of courses by Dr. Frank Spear, which have included "Esthetic Techniques & Material", "State-of-the-Art Esthetics", "Occlusion In Clinical Practice", and "The Practice of Excellence". He has studied with exceptional ceramists such as Lee Culp, Matt Roberts, Shigeo Katioka, Brad Jones, Oliver Brix, Trevor Langchild and has participated in clinics by Dr. Hornbrook, Dr. Kois, Dr. Dawson, Dr. Spoor and Dr. Gottlieb. Other courses have included PAC~lives "Advanced Anterior Aesthetics", the "Ultimate Synergy Full Mouth Rehabilitation", and the "Ultimate Occlusion" programs. Steve is currently working on accreditation with the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also the Laboratory Advisor for the Great Blue Heron Study Group. Affiliations
